Frank Kern: Amazing Virtual Windows And Mobile Phones

November 7th, 2011

Take a look at this amazing virtual windows program by Frank Kern that makes the windows in your home look out at landscapes that are designed by a computer. You can do all kinds of stuff like this with your creative mind. Check out the creativity with the mobile phone? Ever try and think about coming up with something like this yourself?

The importance of trying new things in discovering your creative side cannot be overemphasized.

You do not know how well you can do something without doing it. After learning the procedure of daily routines, we usually do not even think about it. Our subconscious mind directs us to automatically go through the same motions over and over. New things force us to get off auto pilot and reinvent ourselves. Discovering where you belong is a matter of which one fits you unique abilities.

Being creative does not necessarily constitute inventing something. It can be improving processes or procedures. When you find a position that fits your personality and way of doing things, it will come naturally and you will begin to stand out from others. You will begin to have fun and your passion will propel you past mediocre to excellence. You will know this is what you were meant to do.

The importance of discovering the job that was meant for you is obvious. It is difficult to excel if you dislike your work. The only way to find your niche is to try different things. When jobs are scarce, it may not be practical to change companies, but you may be able to go to a different position in the same company.

Learning different positions in your company could eventually qualify you to be the boss. Trying several, types of positions will enable you to zero in on the absolute best job for you. The importance of getting out of you comfort zone may not be obvious but it has to be done to move up in your career. The uneasy feeling of new surroundings will go away when you get used to it.

Trying several new things is crucial for discovering your creative side. Doing what you love will change your whole outlook on life. Instead of dreading to go to work, you will look forward to it with eager anticipation. You will be amazed that they pay you for having fun. It is no longer just a job. It is part of you. You will take pride in your work, and make it as perfect as possible.

Your creative side will show up and show out and you will begin to see ways that methods and procedures can be improved. You will take delight in showing others the ropes. Others will observe how you have a feel for your work and will ask you to explain it to them. This demonstrates the importance of trying new things.

Become jack of all things and master of none? No. The point is that you cannot discover your creative side without trying several things. It is not only important to find the right job, but the right people that you can work with. Life is too short to put up with those who are difficult to get along with. When you find, your creative side in your dream job, it will light up your life.  I hope you enjoyed watching this amazing vitual windows tour by Frank Kern.

Frank Kern Infomillionaire Thinking: Mind Control

November 7th, 2011

Watch this Frank Kern infomillionaire thinking video and learn how to change the way you think through mind control. Yes, you are very busy. Yes, there are all these things in life, “that need changing right now!”; why bother with thinking habits?

Have you considered where all those other things “that need changing right now” came from?

Your thinking is the beginning of what you say, do and believe. What you say do and believe become the foundation of all those unwanted “things.”

Thinking something once or twice, unless it is under special circumstances, is probably not enough to form an unwanted habit. It is thinking something over and over again that creates two habits:

•thinking
•behavior

You can try to change the behavior habits all you want but until you change the associated thinking habit the behavior will just keep coming back.

You might think okay, just stop the unwanted thoughts. That is a good idea but it creates a vacuum. That vacuum sucks all those thoughts right back sometimes stronger than before.

Replacing the unwanted thoughts works better. It avoids the vacuum.

In order to replace the unwanted thoughts with the wanted ones you have to develop an awareness of what you are thinking. Sometimes the thoughts are not at a conscious level. If they remain subconscious then you get a feeling. So, pay attention to your feelings too.

There are four effective techniques to increase awareness then switch to desired thinking habits:

•Give yourself a mental note to notice a particular thought/feeling and then switch it.
•Make yourself the mental note whenever a particular thought or feeling comes up ask a particular question.
•Wear a rubber band around your wrist and snap it every time a thought/feeling comes up.
•Wear a particular bracelet or ring and every time a thought/feeling comes up switch it to the other hand.

Changing a thinking habits can take time. Every time you catch yourself in the unwanted habit you have to stop, switch and start the desired one.

You may want to have small goals or practice sessions. You may want to say to yourself “For the next 5 or 10 minutes my only thought will be the desired ones.” If you succeed give yourself a small reward. Then start another short practice session. As time passes and you are going the 5-10 minutes with only the desired thoughts then lengthen the session time. Repeat this process until you are thinking your desired thoughts for a day; then a week and then a month.

You may not want to make a big deal of not meeting your goals. You attach energy to the unwanted habit if you make a big deal of a failure. That attached energy acts like a rope to tie the failure and unwanted habit to you. You release the unwanted habit and energy; or “untie” the rope by allowing the failure to just pass. Now, you are ready to start your wanted thinking again.

Your words, behavior and habits will all follow your thinking habits. That is the biggest reason to change thinking habits. So enjoy watching this Frank Kern infomillionaire thinking video to learn how to change the way you think through mind control.

Frank Kern: How To Sell Products Online

November 6th, 2011

Watch this Frank Kern video and learn how to sell products online.  If you plan on selling a product online, one of the main things you’ll want to focus on is learning how to create a search engine friendly website so people can find your site.

After all…. No traffic means no sales and definitely no profits.

Don’t ever try to sell a product online until you are sure your web host provides website creation and marketing support.

Setting Up Your Site is The Easy Part

People get so concerned with how their website design will look and how they are going to collect payments, setup their online shopping cart, etc. These days that’s the easy part.

What’s more important is that you choose a web host that helps with online marketing so you don’t end up with a store that receives no traffic.

Selling products with a website is not just about creating your online store and letting your website sit out in cyberspace expecting people to stumble upon your site and buy something.

It is absolutely crucial that you understand how to get your website ranked high in MSN, Google and Yahoo. This will be vital to your success and people often underestimate the importance of this.

Most web hosts don’t even help you with marketing. It’s not in their business model to help you promote your site and help sell products. They are simply there to host it on their servers.

So what happens is people often pay their hard-earned money to build this outstanding online store with a fancy design, and there isn’t a visitor to be found. What they don’t realize is that they’ve failed before they even began because they’ve chosen the wrong host.

You won’t fail if you follow my advice below. I am confident of this because I use this web host and recommend to everyone I know who wants to sell something on the Internet.

Use Site Build It - No Other Host Compares

Read this Site Build It review.  Site Build It is a web host committed to not only helping you build your website, but it shows you how to optimize it for the major search engines as well as build other traffic streams so you sell products.

Go to SBI’s website and see how they differ the average web host. You’ll quickly discover why 99% of the people that try to sell products do it wrong. If you choose SBI, you’ll get it right the first time.

Accepting Credit Cards From Your Store

Accepting credit cards is a must for online commerce. I recommend you use Paypal as your merchant. It’s pretty easy to setup.

With Paypal, you don’t have to rent or purchase any equipment because they take the orders for you and then send your revenue directly to your bank account. They take a small percentage of every order you receive.

This is MUCH more convenient than having to apply for a business license, rent out the equipment and handle all the orders yourself. PayPal makes it quick and easy.

Creating and Selling an Information Product
An information product (or infoproduct) is just what the name suggests. It’s a product full of information.

These days, many info products come in the form of eBooks — which stands for “electronic books”. This means your customer can download your book right from your web site and read it from their PC.

eBooks are convenient because you don’t have to worry about shipping and handling. Once you create it and upload it to your site, it’s ready for instant download by your customers.

With this method, you don’t have to worry about shipping and handling costs, and your customers are happy because they can download their product as soon as the sale is made.

An infoproduct can also come in the form of plain old information. You don’t necessarily have to sell an ebook. If you have the knowledge on a certain subject that you’d like to share, you can still make money with pure content and affiliate programs.  So watch this Frank Kern video and Learn how to sell products online.

Frank Kern Products: Find Something To Sell

November 6th, 2011

In these Frank Kern products videos, learn how to find something to sell.  In times, finding the right market to pursue is the hardest part of starting your store. Here are 5 things to consider when choosing which market segment to attack.

Choose an Area or Set of Products That You Are Passionate About
Many people make the mistake of opening a store and selling a product just because a particular product is hot. If a product is hot, chances are there will be lots of competition and unless you are truly passionate about what you are selling, you will not be able to differentiate your store from your competitors.

Having expertise in your products will also allow you to easily distinguish good and bad products when deciding what to carry in your store. The ability to write in depth reviews and product descriptions about items you love will instill confidence in a buyer as well.

Most importantly, selling products that you love will provide you with the necessary confidence and determination to persevere. For the first 6 months after the launch of our online store, we were only making about 100 dollars a week in revenues. But because we were passionate about our products and the added value we provided to customers, we were able to stick it out until business started picking up. The first 6-12 months in the life of your store is the toughest time. You will feel despair, anguish and remorse when business is slow or nonexistent. If you don’t feel strongly in what you are selling, you won’t make it through.

Choose a Market Segment That Has Room to Grow
Even though you may be extremely passionate about a particular product or set of products doesn’t necessarily mean that you can make money from it. For example, if my passion happened to be edible insects, even if I cornered the edible insect market, there might not be enough edible insect aficionados out there to support my business and overhead costs. Ideally, you want to choose a large target market of which you can conquer a small niche. This will allow some room for your business to expand as the money starts rolling in.

Pick a Product That is Generally Hard To Find
If you just sit down and think about it, you can probably come up with at least a dozen items that you need right off the top of your head that you wish you had but can’t easily find in any store. Just the other day, I was looking to buy a full length sunscreen for the back window of my car so that the sun wouldn’t get into my baby’s eyes. You would not believe how difficult this was to find. In fact, after a weeks worth of searching, I still haven’t found one that suits my needs.

If you have problems coming up with anything, the best way to brainstorm is to take a vacation to another country and look around. As you are traveling, look for items that aren’t available in your home country and make a note of it. While you are there, go the extra mile and look up local manufacturers of that product and talk to them directly. Find out what the pricing of their product is in bulk and inquire if they will ship to your home country. When tax time rolls around, go ahead and expense your entire vacation in the name of your business!

Pick a Product That Has High Margins
Ultimately you should follow where your passion takes you, but it certainly helps to sell a product that has high margins or a greater perceived value. Items that are handcrafted or personalized will carry a much larger premium whereas technology items tend to face constant margin pressure and price drops over the lifetime of the product. I would tend to stay away from tech products in general unless you can add significant value or can get special pricing from the manufacturer. Tech items are generally more popular so you will definitely face fierce competition. Coupled with the fact that as technology becomes obsolete, you may end up with useless, unsellable items on your shelves.

Choose a Market Where You Have Connections
If you have relatives or friends that run successful businesses, make sure you use them as a resource. People with existing businesses probably have a pretty good idea of what will and will not make money in their particular area of expertise. Furthermore, they probably have lots of good ideas that they’ve thought up in the past but never had the time to pursue. The key is not be afraid to ask questions. You’d be surprised how helpful even total strangers can be.  Watch these Frank Kern products videos and learn how to find something to sell.
